- Question: I would like an ESTIMATE for a cleaning service you provide. What do I need to do?
- Answer: The best way to get started is by filling out our online form found here on our "Contact Us" page. Once we have your information, we will perform an onsite assessment of the work to be completed. You will then receive a system generated Estimate via email. Once you receive your Estimate, you have the option to approve or decline the Estimate by simply clicking on a tab from that Estimate.
- Question: I have approved the estimate. How do I go about scheduling a cleaning date on the calendar?
- Answer: At the moment we receive notification that our Estimate has been approved, you will then receive a follow up email to get you scheduled for your next cleaning service date.
- Question: How do I go about paying my bill?
- Answer: After the work is completed by our team, you will receive a system generated invoice that will be sent to the same email address we now have for you in our records. The electronic email allows you to Pay Your Bill Online via a secured connection. If you wish to Pay Your Bill By Check, simply post it to the information provided on the invoice.
- Can I reschedule a cleaning service date that was made?
- Answer: Of course you can! We do ask you to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service date. Simply call (707)962-7506 to cancel. We would be more than happy to reschedule you. No Pressure - No Hassle - No Extra Charges!
- Question: Do I need to be there during the scheduled date of the cleaning service?
- Answer: It is completely up to you! Only on the initial estimate date, we might ask for your presence. During the actual cleaning service itself it is never necessary for anyone to be there. Due to the spread of the Covid-19 Virus, we ask everyone who will be onsite with us to please mask up and use sanitizers when necessary. Arrangements can be made with management for staff to gain access to the property where services will be rendered. This includes releasing entry-keys, alarm codes and gate codes if any. We typically prefer to lock up after services are completed.
