Can I reschedule a cleaning service date that was made?
Answer: Of course you can! We do ask you to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service date. Simply call (707)964-3274 to cancel. We would be more than happy to reschedule you. No Pressure - No Hassle -No Extra Charges!

Do I need to be there during the scheduled date of the cleaning service?
Answer: It is completely up to you! Only on the initial estimate date, we might ask for your presence. During the actual cleaning service itself it is never necessary for anyone to be there. Arrangements can be made with management for staff to gain access to the property where services will be rendered. This includes releasing entry-keys, alarm codes and gate codes if any. We typically prefer to lock up after services are completed.
